Just saying it's what works for me. You do your thing flex. I used to tell you to do more doubles and triples not just singles but you just do your thing and it works like hell. Doing awesome man.

There is a Saturday session and a Sunday session. I registered early so I am in the Saturday session.

Heading out soon. It's only 152 miles so not a long trip, depending on the wait at the border, but we're hitting the outlet mall in Niagara Falls, NY to do some shopping before we head to Rochester for the weigh-in.

Had a massive Prime Rib dinner; now chilling in my hotel suite. Rules at 7:45am......
