Super happy with my squat: got 575 and a new *lifetime* PR. Bench went as expected. I got my 275 opener and my shoulder was screaming so I bailed on the other 2 attempts.
Deads I got my 550 opener but it was surprisingly heavy. Went balls out for 600 on my 2nd attempt and got it about 5-6 inches off the floor and stalled. Same for my 3rd attempt.
So ended the day with a killer squat and a 1400 total (575/275/550)
Congrats on the day! I'm sure you busted your ass training. It's a great feeling at the end of the meet when the lifting is done and you are just totally exhausted, proud, and ready to eat!
