Recent training. Bench 455x1 squat last week 600x3followed by 600x6 dead no belt. Did dead reps tonight 405x20 at deficit. Squated 495x5 yesterday for some lighter rep work. I never do more than a triple for squat so I'm gonna be working on that. Been busy gonna try to be here more often

Last week tweaked my shoulder benching. Benched last night anyways. 45x5, 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 365 10sets of 3 fith set got a pain in my shoulder finished out next five with little to no pain. Woke up hurting this mirning. Think its a minor rotator cuff injury gonna take off pressing the rat if this week and next see what happens

Finished up last week with a lower body day. Squat worked to 650x2 belt and wraps. Followed by a 680 double on deads! Feeling strong now just need my shoulder to heal so I can get back to pressing!

Nice work! 680 double is some serious strength. Hope that shoulder gets better.

No Benching since I tweaked my damn shoulder. Decided to do shoulders twice a week and get some real work in try to strengthen those muscles. Thought was and is no bench for two weeks just to get away from that motion then ease my way back to heavy work. We will see what happens next week. So for two weeks im doing shoulders twice a week once in place of bench day and my only chest exercise has been peck deck. 8 sets of 15 last week for peck deck. Hoping to keep some fibers there working and not loose to much on my bench. Shoulders feel good have no problem pressing over head. Tonight did some good work.

Seated military 45x5, 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x2, 315x1, 330x1, 275x5
Reverse peck deck 5x15
Seated hammerstrength machine 1 plate x5, 2x5, 3x5, 4x5, 5x4
Laterals 30x10, 40x10, 50x10, 60x10, 70x8
Pull-ups parallel grip 3x5
Cable press down 100x15, 150x25, 200x20, 20, 20
Band press downs 100 reps

Last weeks training was simple. Nothing different or fancy. Shoulders and triceps twice lower body once. 495x6 followed by deficit deadlift 405x15 some rows and pullups. Hoping to get some good heavy squat and dead work thursday. Backs a little sore but **** it thursday is still days away.
