No Benching since I tweaked my damn shoulder. Decided to do shoulders twice a week and get some real work in try to strengthen those muscles. Thought was and is no bench for two weeks just to get away from that motion then ease my way back to heavy work. We will see what happens next week. So for two weeks im doing shoulders twice a week once in place of bench day and my only chest exercise has been peck deck. 8 sets of 15 last week for peck deck. Hoping to keep some fibers there working and not loose to much on my bench. Shoulders feel good have no problem pressing over head. Tonight did some good work.

Reverse peck deck 5x15

Cable press down 100x15, 150x25, 200x20, 20, 20
Band press downs 100 reps
