I have 1,2,and 3 boards,should i rotate them every workout say week 1 use 1 board,week 2 - 2boards, and week 3 3boards,or should I rotate board presses with floor presses and other bench type movements,also could i do heavy weighted dips one week instead of benching just to keep me moving,trying to up my bench 15 to 20 lbs. Dont have bands or chains so im limited to board presses,thanks guys
