Good tips PillarofBalance. Compression and rest helped mine the most but everything seemed to help at least short term. Mine has been going on for about 10 weeks but it feels much better.
I just went through a round with my elbow. It took me around 10 weeks to recover. I could not pickup a coffee cup with my palm facing down without pain. A compression elbow strap and plenty of rest. It is still a little sore but nothing like it was.
I've got a couple of pictures posted when I try to post another I get a message that says I'm over my limit. How do I increase my limit? I see others with many pictures posted. Is there a setting that I need to change?
I loved my iphone and my company switched some of us to the Android. Works good and it is faster but the apps may take more steps. Also some of the free apps for the iphone are pay apps for the droid. I personally would rather go back to the iphone.
I'm currently trying the Green Coffee Been extract. I have not changed my diet or exercise program and so far I've lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks. I would like to lose 8 to 10 total. I does seem to help me control my appetite and do feel a little more energy.
