I love fruit especially pineapple, blue berries and bananas.

Ive read a couple places that fructose does not refill glycogen as well as glucose??? Anyone else read up on this? So yes any fruit without melon in its name is faily low GI, but as a bodybuilder I avoid foods that don't benefit me as much as others can. With that being said fruit has many beneficial vitamins.

Fruit is damn good in the fight to stay slightly alkaline. I pound it daily.
