So what r the houghts about running a 12 to 16 wk cycle to slim down
Diet is good mostly fish, chicken, steak for protien
BK 2 cups of milk, whey protien and a scoop of veggie protien
1ml 2 fish fillets (samon, cod, tuna steaks or shrimp)
2nd ml steak or chicken...
