    I am on hrt 180mg a week
So what r the houghts about running a 12 to 16 wk cycle to slim down
Diet is good mostly fish, chicken, steak for protien
BK 2 cups of milk, whey protien and a scoop of veggie protien
1ml 2 fish fillets (samon, cod, tuna steaks or shrimp)
2nd ml steak or chicken (skinless, bonless breast or 2 thighs)
3rd and 4th meal fish or steak or chicken
    work out
5th meal 2 cups of milk, whey protien 56 grams protien
6th ml meal fish or steak or chicken
    No Winny
I am easing back into training but I am looking to help reduce my recover time so my thought is
    wk 1-16 sust 250 2 wk
    wk 1-8 tbol 25mg 2 daily
wk 8-16 tren a, mast p, test p 100mg each how many times a week should I pin this trimixture
    or
wk 8-16 Primo Enanthate 600 mg broken into 2 wk pin
What about T# and Clen I have never touched these compounds before so would like some thoughts and dosages

What's your cycle history? How much weight are you looking to drop?

Overall it looks decent. I'd recommend cardio at minimum 3-4 days a week.

You don't need Primo, save your money. Go with the Tri-mix, and pin it 3 days a week.

I am thinking you could dry up a little and get what you want. Up your AI or add some. Drop your mgs to 125. Many ways to go, thought I'd share one that worked for me.

    History
I have done about 7 to 10 cycles starting in my early 30's last cycle I did was at 38 so ten years ago total most of my cycles are based off of sust 250 or cyp 200 and from there I have added to it to meet my goals.
Current stats are not good or bad for a guy who has been off of training over 2 1/2 years.
    Height 6'1
    weight 265-271
    neck is 18 1/2
    arms cold 18 3/4
    waist is 38 down from a 40 and working towards a 34
chest no clue but I wear a 54 to 56 in my suit jacket
body fat is unknown right now but I will know by the end of this week Guess 18-22%
Cardio is round 9 2 to 3 times a week depending on my knees google Round 9 for more info
Training is 2 on 1 off 2 on and 2 off
    gone back too basics
    chest
    6 sets of bench reps 15, 12, 8, 6, 6, 12
    3 sets of incline 8, 8, 8 or 8,6,4 or dips 4 sets failure
    3 sets of flys 15, 15, 15
    6 push ups to failure
    Back
4 sets of pull ups to failure working toward 6 sets of 12
4 sets of chin ups to failure working toward 6 sets of 12
until then I do nothing else for back
    Squats
8 sets of squats 12 to 15 reps working my way back to 405

I just started my series of rooster comb injections for both knees so this should cut way back on my pain

I think your diet looks pretty good to help you achieve that goal. If you stick to it, and keep the cardio in, I think you'll be pleased. IMO, the gear is secondary to the diet in actually achieving your goals. For example, I think you'd be fine with just the test alone, or perhaps the test with the primo. No need for the tbol, IMO, although I love the stuff. It's just hard to drop the weight, when you're growing, LOL. The prop/mast/tren is my favorite, and really does a nice job with the aesthetics of your physique, but you still need to get the BF levels down for the look to really "pop."

So I'd drop the tbol, keep the test in there and either add the primo or the prop/mast/tren combo the final 6 weeks. I get more from the prop/mast/tren combo personally, so I'd lean toward that.

I was looking for the t-bol to help me with my strength I know I hold some water with it but I love that stuff.... I am going to go with the trimix sense the most folks agree that would be better and cheaper then primo

I have tried most so called cutting aas.I have found the best bang for your buck and your body to be low dose test.Just my opinion but a good diet low dose test and add more volume with lighter weights works great for me.By the way I use 150 test-e every 4 days.

10 16 weeks off normal hrt maybe some deca for my joints no more than a 1/2 cc every 5 days

    2nd cycle
    wk 1-16 sust 250 2 wk
wk 1-16 deca 200 1 wk to help keep my joints feeling good
    wk 1-8 tbol 25mg 2 daily
