I am on hrt 180mg a week
So what r the houghts about running a 12 to 16 wk cycle to slim down
Diet is good mostly fish, chicken, steak for protien
BK 2 cups of milk, whey protien and a scoop of veggie protien
1ml 2 fish fillets (samon, cod, tuna steaks or shrimp)
2nd ml steak or chicken (skinless, bonless breast or 2 thighs)
3rd and 4th meal fish or steak or chicken
work out
5th meal 2 cups of milk, whey protien 56 grams protien
6th ml meal fish or steak or chicken
No Winny
I am easing back into training but I am looking to help reduce my recover time so my thought is
wk 1-16 sust 250 2 wk
wk 1-8 tbol 25mg 2 daily
wk 8-16 tren a, mast p, test p 100mg each how many times a week should I pin this trimixture
or
wk 8-16 Primo Enanthate 600 mg broken into 2 wk pin
What about T# and Clen I have never touched these compounds before so would like some thoughts and dosages
