    History I have done about 7 to 10 cycles starting in my early 30's last cycle I did was at 38 so ten years ago total most of my cycles are based off of sust 250 or cyp 200 and from there I have added to it to meet my goals. Current stats are not good or bad for a guy who has been off of training...
