You have a great leg workout and Finally Squat 150kg.
The next day you have a great back workout and you are feeling amazing.
The day after that you are simply getting into the car and tweak a lat. muscle.

Have made some good gains since starting this routine.
Made it to 100kg for bench press, 140kg for Squat, and 130kg for Deadlift - Is going along nicely.
Yes I understand that the shot masks the pain - but the pain is gone and I am still able to rest/stretch and be aware of the injury.

Will run with this routine for a while and see if I can cope with the volume - (so far so good and setting some new PB'S).
I am liking the routine so far and have tweaked a few things after the advice - e.g. adding Incline Curls to replace Reverse Curls.

You could be right on the Incline Curls - Think I just like the reverse curls :)

I go in with a plan and manage to get it done in 1 hour.

Ok this may be a silly question.
But I had an injection yesterday into my elbow area for "Golfer's Elbow" - Any injury I got years ago after a broken wrist etc.
I am feeling really good today - Would it be silly to lift? Or should I allow a decent amount of recovery time?
