    Advice/Critique on my Routine.

    Thanks to everyone for the tips/advice. Will run with this routine for a while and see if I can cope with the volume - (so far so good and setting some new PB'S). I am liking the routine so far and have tweaked a few things after the advice - e.g. adding Incline Curls to replace Reverse Curls.

    Cheers for advice. You could be right on the Incline Curls - Think I just like the reverse curls :) The routine has been going along nicely so far and the volume doesn't seem to be an issue. I go in with a plan and manage to get it done in 1 hour.

    Ok this may be a silly question. But I had an injection yesterday into my elbow area for "Golfer's Elbow" - Any injury I got years ago after a broken wrist etc. I am feeling really good today - Would it be silly to lift? Or should I allow a decent amount of recovery time? Advice from anyone...
