    Looks like I'm going to be getting reverse shoulder replacement sugery.Anyone had it done?What should I expect.I had rotator cuff sugery done 13 ys ago on my other shoulder and really sucked and took a year to heal.

    I remeber the first time I went out there I was at garden of the Gods walking around the trails and crawling on the the rocks all of a sudden I could not get my breath I started freaking out.Yeah my body dont like high altitude.My guess is the Bronko's have an advantage over the away teams.

    I have used it about 6 times now.The first few it worked pretty goood at 500 mcg per day after 5days at 1000 mcg.About a month total. It seemed like it relieved inflamation not really heal but made my shoulder feel better.The last few times just not as well some relief.
