    Anyone Deal With Permanent Hand Numbness?

    I have my arms go numb sometimes because of some back problems. When i can see a chiropractor monthly, it helps a ton. Not too sure what she does back there but i dont even get the sleep numbness after working arms. Might be something to look into.

    What do you do for your shoulders

    I like to alternate barbell and dumbbell days. Like I'll do barbell press, upright rows, shrugs, and face pulls (although not barbell I know) then the other shoulder day I'll do more isolated dumbell exercises like raises and stuff.
