    Disgusting Supermarket Foods

Whoa now, hummus is delicious. And very healthy! What's truly disgusting is whole chicken in a can.

    Low T even after TRT

I'm in California. I honestly don't know where to look for a doctor that specializes in TRT. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

    Low T even after TRT

I feel like this is going to be my fate unless I find a friendlier urologist. I asked mine about injectable test and he said he wants to keep trying the androgel. I'm doing 3 pumps/shoulder a day, haven't really felt much different. Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk

    Low T even after TRT

After having problems with low libido and general lethargy/depression I had my testosterone levels tested and discovered that I have low T. I went to see a urologist and he prescribed Androgel 1.62%. After a few weeks of using it, I was starting to feel more normal, but after testing my T level...

    Deadlifting with high belt placement

I prefer to wear my belt over my lower ribs on deadlifts, as opposed to over my navel for squats. If I wear it any lower on DLs, it digs into my side quite painfully. Sent from my Nexus 6 using Tapatalk

    Powerbuilding?

I did a few cycles of Layne Norton's PHAT routine a while back, which I would consider to be a power building program. I put on some bulk and my lifts went up significantly. Recently I've been doing Jonnie Candito's 6 week program which also has hypertrophy/power elements. I really enjoy...

    Colon cleanse detox supplements

Your liver and kidneys do a remarkable job of cleaning out toxins from your body; they don't need help. Detoxes are a waste of money and colon cleanses are very dangerous.

    Stuffed Jalepenos

Stuff them with chorizo and a good melting cheese like mozzarella. Then you can bake or grill them.

    RIP Matt Kroczaleski

She looks like some of the pro female bodybuilders, to me. Not saying she's attractive to me, but that given what she's working with I think she's done a pretty good job. It's hard to start transitioning at that age anyway, and I'm sure having been this huge roided dude before makes it that...

    The cottage cheese topic

Large curd is hard to find but it's my favorite. Mix in some pineapple or mandarin oranges and it's heaven.

My 10 week fat loss (get lean!) program *warning: not for the casual gym goer*

Not gonna knock the diet, that seems pretty sound. But the idea of a "fat burning zone" for cardio is sort of misleading. It's been shown that you'll burn just as many calories doing cardio at a high intensity (around 85% of your max HR and up) for a shorter amount of time as you do doing cardio...

    Planet fitness

Planet Fitness isn't a gym for guys like us who like to grunt and lift heavy shit and grow huge muscles. In fact, we're the type of people PF wants to keep out. It's for casuals; people who go because they just want to get healthier or become less of a tub of lard. It's pretty good marketing...

Whole Foods admits its organic foods contain genetically modified ingredients

Woodswise: I get what you're saying, and yeah it's possible. I was mostly refuting the assertion that there hasn't been any research on GMO safety. Monsanto and the companies that produce food with GMO ingredients risk losing a lot of profits from labeling because of scare tactics and...

Whole Foods admits its organic foods contain genetically modified ingredients

Okay man, well it's obvious this discussion is gonna go nowhere because we're both very convinced of our positions. It'll be the same tired old tropes back and forth until our fingers fall off. Agree to disagree?

Whole Foods admits its organic foods contain genetically modified ingredients

I think "Green" typically refers to vehicles and other non-food items, but I could be wrong. Organic farming is definitely more expensive though. Lower crop yields, and more is spent on pesticides because the organic pesticides aren't as effective as the synthetic ones.
