Sorry for my prolonged absence. This is my current routine.
Day1:5/3/1 for bench and squat. Assistance: power cleans 3x
Day2: 2 hours of Bjj
Day3:off
Day4: 5/3/1 for DL and standing press
Assistance-pullups &tris 3x of each
Day5:2 hours of Bjj
Day6: mma 2-3hrs
Day7: off

Glad to b hear, I've been working out consistently for 10yrs, although was in military for a lot of that time had to focus more on cardio. But I'm out now and looking to start powerlifting and putting on some serious weight.
