    decided to take a couple days off and just relax and eat alot of food, did a lil bit of cardio, and went to gym today to do the big 3 lifts squats 225 4 sets of 6,5,5,4 deadlift managed to pull 350 for 3 sets of 5 bench press 240 of 5sets of 5 reps except for last set only got 4
