Starting a new Cube Method program

My results are in. Everything is good. I had a very tiny polyp in my colon so he took it while he was in there.

He said that in 5 years it would have been the same size but he wasn’t going to just leave it. My issues that I’m having are just hemorrhoids but I knew that. I have a follow up with a surgeon to see about getting them taken care of for good or other options.

Resting today and then back to normal tomorrow

I’m seriously considering it.
Mine come and go.

I can go months with zero issues and then I’ll eat something that doesn’t agree with me, pizza or something and have flare up. It would be nice to not worry anymore

2 weeks recovery from the stiches in your britches.

Did my blood donation today. They couldn’t do double reds due to the amount of people they had today so I just donated whole which is better than nothing

Did 30 minutes on the rower yesterday, I wanted to do an hour but I was just run down and tired

I’ve been slacking hard.
Life has been really shitting on me and the depression is kicking my ass but I’ve been trying to stay positive.

I rode my bike for an hour today though. So that’s better than nothing
