Everyone holds fat differently. However, glutes can be a PITA. The way you are doing it now is smart. The more often you push low the more you are going to get off the glutes. When someone chases glutes for the first time, they end up losing a lot of muscle in the process. By taking a little bit at time you are far more likely to keep your tissue when they come in.Thanks for the feedback. I guess it's nice to know I'm not an island when it comes to the loose skin. Just new for me (then again, haven't leaned up this much in an awful long time). Coach told me to order some posing trunks for future pics so he can see whether I'm leaning out in the glutes. I'm guessing that will be the last place to shed the fat. I still feel like I've got a solid 5-10 pounds of fat I can lose.
Depending on how much tissue you gain this year, classic may still be in the cards.
I can't make that cut anymore. Last year, I almost died cutting down to classic. Every muscle in my body seized up from about 7 pm to 11:30 pm. I was by myself, couldn't move, couldn't even cry for help as my jaw was locked shut. It hurt so bad, I went from hoping I would pull through to, I hope my heart seizes up next.
This year, I considered it again, but I was still 11 lbs over and started having major heart palpitations from the water cut. Next year, there is no fucking way! I am still trying to grow 10-15 lbs of tissue a year. I am not pulling an Urs and cutting 40 lbs to make weight.
