Had an OK session today. My buddy Paul came with me to World Gym so I was happy to have a spotter and hoped to make some progress but nope.

I skipped a few sets on my progression. Not sure if that hurt me or not. Jumped from 245 right to 275.

Anywho, work was done.

Had an OK session today. Left hand is a little mangled, left knee was squawking, the bar is a bent piece of shit, and the sun was in my eyes.

That said I was happy to get a triple at 525; been a long while since I've done that.

So fucking tired today....hit snooze 3 times, almost didn't get up. Got there late, decide to lower the volume and see if I could get some more reps at the top end. Worked out OK. Got a triple at 195 for the first time then 205 felt like I was holding a Buick above my head.
