Your videos are accidentally catching some epic stuff. The DB rows catches two "bros" talking about how they would want to get more jacked if they could workout in the Rutgers gym. Then your squat video captures some epic bad deadlifting form. Looks like he's doing the worm standing up.

LOL I've seen that guy 3 times total and I always have an urge to help him out. But he puts on his stern look so I leave him alone. Only if those 2 kids really heard themselves talk, it was hilarious.

Great workout and videos, I was laughing about the two guys in the background, too funny. Like ATW said I really like how you did the front squats on Smith too, I have a plate in my arm that has always made doing them almost impossible might have to give that a shot. Numbers are looking great!

I think that 4-day split last week was all Super Max Numbers and I'm having horrible recovery on power this week because I also did Cardio and Abs big time on the 3 off days. Leg Day this week was spread from the video Quads day into last night finishing up Legs and Doing Half the Back Exercises at lower weight.
Tried working on my Hook Grip overhand seems if I tuck the thumbs under the 1st two fingers under the bar, I have less finger grip couldn't figure it out and screwed up my mojo bar kept slipping out some at 315# and by the time I went mixed grip I was out of gas could only do mixed grip 2 reps @ 365# The grip I do dumbell rows work much better I just need to work on it. Thats why I didn't bring straps so I would be forced to make due and concentrate more on figuring out grip strength. By the time I got to BW pull ups I could barely do 4 sets of 5-6 . Pretty sad night but I put in the time. Quads were still going strong for the Hacks and Press

one needs rest and recovery time, especially for us old folks :D dont sweat it Jersey, it will all come back.

You said it before I was going to admit it later! This new club I joined has a mega amount of Hammer Smith Stuff and 2 Max Box Power Racks by Hammersmith I couldn't believe it had power equipment for $20 month. Last night I felt old since it was packed I swear kids from Highschool and looked like YMCA emptied out. But I was getting a little miring from the few older folks and Hard gainers LOL

Hammer Strength is good equipment. I especially like the back assortment.

Tonight Started with Cardio on the Bags / Finished the other half of my Back Lifting / Then 45 minutes on the Bike. I guess I have been bulking a bit the video never lies :D
