What was the surgery on? Wishing you a smooth recovery.

Depending on what you’re working back from, having the right setup can make a big difference—especially with controlled movements and easing back into things without overloading too fast.

If you need any suggestions on equipment or ways to structure things during recovery, feel free to ask.
