Hi y'all, how much caffeine (daily) should be consider as too much even though it helps boost metabolism and energy levels before workout?
I don't know if this applies to us, but like @IronSoul said, mere mortals should limit it to about 400mg ed.

Lol...it can be addictive TBH. At times I lose count of the cups I take as well.It’s different for everyone. And over the past 10 years I’ve consumed enough daily to kill an elephant. I know the safe dosage to stay under daily that has always been recommended, is 400mg.
