CAF by itself, fat burning effects are modest at best, with EPH it works and has been documented in the lit. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/8384187/ The poison is in the dose, most of the studies employed EPH 25 mg and CAF 100 mg in 2 - 3 doses per day max. If you have high BP or cardiac issues, EPH+CAF is not for you. CAF does enhance performance. Genetics/metabolism of CAF also plays a role. See attached review paper.

What’s normal or healthy caffeine intake isn’t probably where any of us are at. I’m probably around 300-500mgs a day.

I have 2 cups of strong coffee in the morning, I use 2 tablespoons per cup. Then before I lift I usually have a little pre workout. I don’t have as much as I used to.

Have any of you had gut issues from too much coffee/caffeine? I have been struggling and think I have it narrowed down to the coffee which I have always drunk lots of all my life but I can't hardly believe it. Lol
