Thanks Al! It's been a long rode but the hard work is paying off. 2nd attempts would all be meet prs. Current meet bests are: S-468.5 B: 347.5 and D: 560 (most recent).

Anyone have access to powerliftingwatch current rankings?

Its crazy to believe that about a year and a half ago I competed in my first powerlifting meet, Squatted 395, benched 315, and deadlifted 500 and totaling 1210 at a bw of 173 (competed in the 181 class). Now Im squatting just under 500, deadlifting just under 600, and benching fairly close to the 400's at the same bodyweight. I can't even wrap my brain around that, this is truly an incredible sport.

That is incredible. You have to be one of the most balanced lifters out there in 181. If anyone has a lift better than you, then that lifter most likely has one or two other lifts that are less than you. The 181s that I know are certainly like that ... can't wait to see/hear how you did. I hope you have a lot of fun and crush it. But no matter what, you are a hell of a strong lifter.

Great looking log, you have a fantastic strength-to-bodyweight ratio by the looks of things in here. 585 is a huge pull and I think the possibility of pulling 600lb at a meet is on the cards.

Subbed to your log, just the kind of motivation I need right now. All the best MF.

Yes, I do. Top 50 open class 165, raw, no wraps:

Squat: 468 = 45, 480 = 22
Bench: 347 = 45, 355 = 27
Deadlift: 560 = 50+, 585 = 40
Total: 1361= 30

Pretty extraordinary, especially considering only one year's experience.

Not to be a ball-buster on the eve of a huge meet, but if you hit the numbers you want to hit, then do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a subscription. It's $27 a year, and it auto-renews if your credit card is good. Super easy. And the guy running it is great at getting back to you via email if you have questions/issues.

If the rankings are important to you, then you are too damn good of a lifter to not be able to regularly keep track of your competition. ;)

I cant wait to see you compete in your first meet brother! That is going to be phenomenal to see, you will put up some HUGE numbers, no doubt.

Thank you for that man, I really appreciate it. Although I no longer compete in the 181 class, when I started training with SAD he convinced me that I would be much more competitive in the 165 class, considering my bw hovered around 170-173 so the weight cut wouldnt be too bad. Then I did my first meet at 165 last April and placed 2nd at APA Raw Nationals.

Thanks man! Well I'm glad I can help motivate bro. I look forward to seeing your progress as well.

Thanks Al! I really don't know why I was asking because the rankings don't matter right now, I will focus on the rankings following RUM which is where my head should be right now. I'm getting so anxious to compete! Only 3 more days!

Here's the link to the live feed for the meet btw guys
