Yes for sure. Seems like most every pressing movement hits front delts and triceps, which are strong for me. I am moving to flies and bands type stuff only. Got any other suggestions?

Very impressive brother...A lot of the younger folks don't realize the amount of hard work and dedication it takes to look that good at our age...Seems like we work twice as hard for half the results (Well, me anyway......)Congrats!!!
