Woke up this morning HUNGRY! So i decided to change my deit up this weekend since im taking a break from training for 2 days, my body really needs a rest. For breakfast i had 2 cups of oatmeal, egg whites and yogurt!

Whats up guys, im back home! So far i had 4 meals, all 6oz of lean meat and 6oz of veggies for my 5th meal before the gym ill have 6oz of tilapia and 2/3 of a cup of brown rice, (33g of carbs)

What is your body weight? Your macro percentages look out of balance with regard to your protein and carb intake? The image indicates you are taking in about 2400 calories a day.

I weigh 140 and nope i intake 1900
