Woke up this morning HUNGRY! So i decided to change my deit up this weekend since im taking a break from training for 2 days, my body really needs a rest. For breakfast i had 2 cups of oatmeal, egg whites and yogurt!
Whats up guys, im back home! So far i had 4 meals, all 6oz of lean meat and 6oz of veggies for my 5th meal before the gym ill have 6oz of tilapia and 2/3 of a cup of brown rice, (33g of carbs)
