Jay Cutler has an hour long video showing off his house and what he does all day. I thought the most interesting part was when he explained his daily diet (starts at the 52:30 mark). Check out this massive breakfast: 20 egg whites (2 whole), 4 pieces of ezekiel bread, 3 slices of turkey bacon, and 1 cup of ezekiel cereal. He also mentions that he takes in 1000 grams of carbs per day pre-contest! That may not sound like all that much if you're eating pizza, but try getting in 1000 from good sources of food.
