Jay Cutler has an hour long video showing off his house and what he does all day. I thought the most interesting part was when he explained his daily diet (starts at the 52:30 mark). Check out this massive breakfast: 20 egg whites (2 whole), 4 pieces of ezekiel bread, 3 slices of turkey bacon, and 1 cup of ezekiel cereal. He also mentions that he takes in 1000 grams of carbs per day pre-contest! That may not sound like all that much if you're eating pizza, but try getting in 1000 from good sources of food.

Check out how flexible he is for his size in the split machine around 45:00. I've been doing the same thing except with a cheap $30 leg stretcher.

Thanks for sharing, I have most of Jay's DVD's but not this one.

I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong, but I think running insulin allows a lot of Pro's to really consume a lot more carbs than they otherwise could. Can't remember the details on how that works, but I remember reading that a few times across different boards.
