Took over a week off ... Pms meant my diet went to shit and just all around a really bad week..
Got back to it this Tuesday the 19th
Started with first try at front squats ..
Used clean grip and could've done more had it not been my hands , think it's time to get some straps

40/leg (done together just split weights

Followed by 30minutes Zumba
This workout really made me realize and think about how shitty I feel when I'm not taking care of myself !
