Took over a week off ... Pms meant my diet went to shit and just all around a really bad week..

Got back to it this Tuesday the 19th

Started with first try at front squats ..
Used clean grip and could've done more had it not been my hands , think it's time to get some straps

Front squat

40/leg (done together just split weights

Followed by 30minutes Zumba

This workout really made me realize and think about how shitty I feel when I'm not taking care of myself !

My arms felt good , veins popping in my shoulders and through arms .. Very nice pump, diet coming back together very well...
Taking my time off work to really hammer in and improve my conditioning!

Hit Arms a second time to run Tapanga through it .... But didn't have my phone to keep track .. I know hammers I really knocked them outta the park this week!
