Today , day 7 of keto since last "carb up" ... Not sure when carb up will be I'd like to keep it clean with maybe one cheat meal so I'm not sure when that'll be... I didn't make it the first 10 days yet so I'm thinking I need to go all the way ... Any input would be good ...

With the back strain I decided to push deadlift to tomorrow , and wound up doing arms , and a little chest and shoulders because I missed some yesterday .. Gym was insanely busy, but my motivation was good after the pic I took today .. I realize I'm not disgusting but I'm bummed at the progress I lost , I was around 19% in may and now 25+ is my guess ... I'm starting to see the changes but I'm impatient...

So deadlifts were a bad idea but
Dl: 135x 8,7,5,5, 5

Leg Ext
100x8x4

Glute
90/leg x12
110/leg x 10x 2

Calf raise
211x10x 4

Then ran 10minutes of sprints then 10min at a 15incline

And tanned :)

Yesterday had awful flights , started carb load about 3 pm , had a few drinks and danced for a few hours ... Needless to say my legs were already sore !

I'm out of town and my daughter is in surgery for an hour but we have to be there over 8 soooo squats had to happen today ... Crappy ass workout !

squat( had to take a diclophenac this morning from my back and I could feel it twinge in my squats decided not to push it)
