Yesterday had awful flights , started carb load about 3 pm , had a few drinks and danced for a few hours ... Needless to say my legs were already sore !
I'm out of town and my daughter is in surgery for an hour but we have to be there over 8 soooo squats had to happen today ... Crappy ass workout !
