The new Choc/Carm is great. I am drinking about 4-6 cups a day. It is my main protein source between my main meals. Leaner, stronger and feel better than using powder why or blends.
The only bad part is the sodium at 399mg per cup that pushes me up 1600+ a day so that I have to really watch.
Love to see more flavors, Vanilla and maybe some fruit flavors to change it up
