Over the summer I was getting 110s for up to 17 full ROM reps... Being natty sucks lol, jk!!! Have to alter expectations between when using supplements and not, else it's a recipe for injury and disaster

Up until today I had been doing sub 50 carbs only from veggies and I figured after 4 1/2 days of this I should inject some carbs into my plan and balance it out by removing some fats... I will be trying to make adjustments to diet as I go along .. Added 1 large potato pre wo, as well as a large Apple and then 1/2 serving of carbonix intra workout.
post workout meal is fats proteins and fibers only as I am trying to re-deplete stores as quickly as possible.
Saturday I have a cheat meal scheduled .. Going to get a 10oz Bison burger and a chocolate PB Cup milkshake I think.

after 3 shots of 2500iu hcg e3d I boosted this to 400mil. Started back on clomid today 4 days after last hcg shot
