Not out here.....you're dealing with a bunch of east coast boys. KK isn't as popular around here as it is elsewhere. I love those little fuggin things and can down a 6 pack on the way home..... but Dunkin Donuts has monopolized the northeast.

we had a KK but somehow that shit went out of business! owner must have been blowing all the donut profits up his nose..... love me some KK.... anyhow... next weekend I am headed to this thing called the Big E for you North Eastern'ers..... lots of cool donut related shit.... bacon egg and cheese on a glazed donut was one.. .deep fried red velvet oreos, deep fried snickers.. i should be bigger than Ronnie C after I get done there!!!!

Anyhow.. holding around 9-10% bodyfat this offseason fairly well.... focusing on improving a few body parts - arms are a biggie for me... I am really pounding the nails into growing a better set of arms, picking up my upper back to match mid back and assaulting legs as usual.

Been off gear for about 4 weeks now, and still hitting the Clomid PCT. Some of you might recall i went to a doc last winter to see about TRT as my serum levels were very low after coming off... while I ran clomid for a bit - felt somewhat recovered, however hadn't gotten the blood work done yet and ended up jumping back in the deep end to compete and ran a 22 weeker. Test 10 days after coming off was 43. Lol... so hopefully the boys kick into overdrive. I have been keeping most of my strength and such... also have been experimenting with cialis as a PWO on the recommendation of one of my friends.... that shit works great!! it's not TNE but it's certainly helpful with some agmatine, and l-citrulline.

hit legs yesterday, and have been doing MTUT style training on legs, mountain dog on other bodyparts

Unweighted walking lunges - 200 feet. **** this was hard after those sets of 30. even after the 3rd week of doing this rotation

Love the big E. My Dad's band used to play there back in the early 90's. Great time there. Have a blast bro.

Nice squats. That's damn good for a guy your size with test at 43. So it's even more amazing for a woman your size!

I run cialis at 12.5 every day on blasts for blood pressure. The pumps are insane. Then add in my agmatine and yolk3d and I can barely move the pumps are so intense. Almost as good as slin pumps.

I have been really slacking at this log - mainly because I have been going through so much back and forth about TRT with the doctor that had been trying to restart me with clomid, and Anastrozol....long story short, he decided that it was highly unlikely i was going to restart. He said he was going to read some peer reviewed research I provided him on using HCG, then clomid or HCG with TRT to possibly mitigate fertility issues. He told me he had not prescribed HCG before (only basic TRT - shots, and pellets) and that he was unfamiliar with the medical guidelines for control and prescription of it. He told me he was going to speak to an endo friend of his (one of the top guys in the state that works in the same building a floor up) and see if he would be willing to take my case from him... this was 5 weeks ago, and I keep calling the MD office every week or two to get an update and they just say he will call me back.. no call back yet. I went ahead and got some Corion C HCG and am going to blast it for 9-12 days E3d. The real reason for this, aside from one last hurrah at recovery is that I went in for a semen analysis and my swimmer count was low ~ 20million (range is 40-200) but with good motility.
This prompted me to decide to freeze some batches of swimmers in case the eventual TRT zaps the remaining army men. I am only 30 and hope to at least keep my option open for such things if needed.

Plan now is to blast for 3 more shots of 2500IU and then go in to the IVF place and bank some more--- hopefully my count will be at least doubled.. In the meanwhile I am left not sure how to proceed with this doc... not sure if he is giving me the cold shoulder or if he is truly tracking down the Endo, or researching what is required to prescribe me HCG?

I am really hoping to tackle the TRT under my insurance, which rules out clinics.. and the only clinics in my state are insanely overpriced.... however I got some names of other docs in neighboring states/clinics if needed

Started cutting carbs today... Need to start shedding some bf%
plan is to slowly ramp up cardio week to week for the next 12 weeks
wk 1-4 high fat no carb diet
4-8 moderate carb (120g) and
8-12 depending on the progress I have made but probably a carb cycle of 2 moderate days, 1 low day

banged my second blast of HCG sat at 2500iu... Mood has vastly improved over the course of a week and I am feeling less tired ... I am holding off on Sarms until I complete my administration of 10000iu pharma grade hcg total over two weeks then I will resume clomid 25mg ed.

training is going alright ... Not pushing weight anywhere near where I was in July but I can't complain .. Recovery is better now too

back in July I hit a bench pr of 365 at 172lb and heaviest I've gone since was 315x4 a few weeks ago ... So still maintaining a good deal of strength and muscle considering I've been off since August 1...nearly 4 months after having blast+cruised for 3 years prior

Great workout jhotsauce7!!! You are maintaining and doing well.

About the doc thing: I bet he's just swamped like the rest. I've had that happened and I think wow? what the hell is wrong with me? But really they are just fighting to even keep up with what comes in that day. So just be persistent if you want to stay with him.

That said: My doc is great about everything. He watches everything. When we decided we wanted a baby my count was done and was right around 0. Yes 0. We jacked it through the roof with Tamoxifen and Clomid and HCG. We have a beautiful child now and all was ok. And I was 44 years old.

My disclaimer is: I really know nothing about about anything but I wanted to share this with you to give you hope. I'm just telling you what happened to me.

Thanks bull I appreciate you sharing your story .... I finally got sick and tired of waiting and calling the urologist only to not get called back so I went back to my GP Who originally referred me and got a new referral to the endocrinology group in my area .... Got an appointment on the books and they will request all my blood labs from my old doc that was trying to restart me

My guess is they will want to do a full work up before hand ... My only worry is if they do thyroid counts because I have been taking t3 for quite some time... I might stop taking it for a week before my appointment so it doesn't appear high and TSH can recover a little ..

hoping to get on some cyp by mid December... Hopefully will have some positive news soon

todays workout is back ... Going to deadlift out the gate ... Last deadlift session I went up to 405x6... I might do some heavier singles and triples this time to see where that lift is at

going to finish with some 2 plate deficit deadlifts at the end
