Today I hit arms... Diet was a bit wack on account of Xmas party at work etc ... But I was fueled for a good arm sesh

pinwheel curls

tricep push downs - constant tension- used rope and metal push Down accessory

preacher curls - 1 rep with 5 sec decent followed by 3 fast reps, repeat twice
Intra set STRECH: used a band to stretch bi and tri between these by doing partial curls and reverse curls

Thanks Gentlemen....I am incorporating a lot of mountain dog training philosophy and MTUT type movements....I am a firm believer in these methods as well as supramax pump achievement and occlusion training ... So far I have made GREAT progress with these

What's your diet like right now JH? You cutting or bulking, and keto or on carbs?

Right now I am doing kind of a less restrictive carb cycle, low and moderate days 100-250g, with a couple cheat meals on the weekend... Nothing too crazy... I will continue this through jan 1 when I begin my efforts to reduce bf. I will likely keep the same schema of 2 moderate days followed by a low day and just clean up the cheat meals

Since I am training natty now and have been for several months I have modified some training programming to accommodate different forms of stimuli aside from max effort movements, in doing so I aim to improve recovery, as well as hypertrophy and minimize risk of injury ... Legs are a prime example of this
