Pulling machine

I appreciate that BI...

bad news is, what I thought was a cramp in my right calf has developed into more of a strain...I have been mashing and flossing the hell out of it...also my sciatic nerve flared for the first time in ages...I clearly must have pulled unevenly on one of the sets...heat, stretching, and a couple muscle relaxers later have me feeling a bit better. Hoping all is temporary.

weight moved a little faster than expected, considering I'm feeling weaker than ever while losing weight...still dealing with a strong side calf strain...only real negative about today other than losing a small amount of balance during the 3ct set, bar shifted on my left side...

absolutely gassed, and if you're reading this log you will eventually get tired of me repeating the same thing...LOW CARB SUCKS, lol...out of all 3 lifts, bench takes loss of weight the worst...so I decided to turn what was supposed to be a reg paused 305 single into a 5ct...damn near sold my soul for it...was happy when this one was over, feeling drained....

You're still hitting good numbers, brother. The lack of carbs plays mind games with ya. I've been doing low carbs too and I feel it every day.

woke up today just over 190...once I get to to around 185, I'll maintain it, and worry about water manipulation closer towards the meet...should make it a little easier for my body to get used to lifting at a lighter weight
