the mission got canceled, so we had a "day off", and what do a bunch of infantrymen do on a day off, yep-we went to the range and popped off 9,000 rounds of ammo. it was a good day.

in the army, there is a joke that officers love powerpoint and senior nco's love excel. well it appears we got issues reading excel. this was supposed to be week 1, but when i was getting my numbers, i read off week 2.

its been a long 3 days, got about 4 hrs sleep since saturday. that, plus haj is celebrating ramadan with fireworks every day now.

holy moly, only 4 hrs sleep?! i couldnt do it. i am a sleep whore! the older i get, the more i need. outstanding workout for that little of sleep!
