thats what i usually get asked by the officers and crossfitters in my unit, so i figured i would start a log named that way.
a little about me, i have been lifting for a little under 6 yrs, while i was in afghanistan i decided to do a powerlifting meet, first meet was feb 2010. i am 37 yrs old.
now i am back in iraq, have done 5/3/1 for a year and decided to try and mix it up a little ( so, according to wendler- i am not doing 5/3/1 anymore )
this week is my last week before deload
yesterday- bench

tomorrow is an off day from weights, so thursday is military press day, the plan is

i do these standing and clean the weight to my shoulders at the start of the set.
after deload, i will start the second trial of my cycle
