working out while ill???????

    Im really bummed cause I woke up feeling lousy this morning. Can't go to the gym anyways today cause of the crap weather but how advisable is it to train if you're feeling low? Do some of you just get on with it, or can it make your bug worse?

    I've heard it said that rest with an illness neck up, workout if its below the neck.
    But a couple days off won't matter in the long run.
