Won my show last weekend

Grand Master, 50 and over. And won against some seriously big mofos. I am on the far right in the group pic. Good thing was that all of us old farts got along great! We were all shaking our heads at the young bucks trying to psych each other out.

My next step is to add more mass, particularly on the legs, which will probably take at least a year of eating to get them to where I need them to be. Will be nice having a break from this dieting.

I'm planning on doing a couple shows starting in June.Been working on my legs doing what I can with sciatic problems.Leaner than ever at 220lbs now so we will see.You are my inspiration now well done bro couldn't be happier for you.
