Thanks man. Means a lot coming from you! I have never really done much direct arm work. I usually focus more on power, but my training I guess is a hybrid of powerlifting and bodybuilding.

Nice to see guys representing on here. I know most dont post AVI pics, but it is nice to see some legit people training. Nothing worse then a guy hiding behind a keyboard talking like a know-it-all and he is tiny as hell. Size is not everything, but it sure is an indication of some hard work over time. You just cant fake it.

i was living in squalor and had aol..a camera for me would have been put in the oven at 375 for 1 hr!
