I've been told that I get up unbeknownst to me and while on ambien I get up and cook meals eat them and go back to sleep. I can't remember most of it

That is crazy! Do you do the dishes afterwards or does the kitchen look like the sleep walking scene from the movie Stepbrothers?

You don't put pillows in the oven too, do you?

I'm a terrible sleep eater! I go into the kitchen in the morning and there is food all over the floor..... That's how I know I was up eating.

I eat about an hour before I go to bed (because I like to do fasted runs when I wake up, usually for at least an hour).

Other than that, no. Not necessary for me, but each to their own. It probably has its' place depending on the individual and their requirements MF.
