Old post but what the hell. I eat often in the middle of the night while on my blast. I just wake up hungry and don't plan on it. It's usually when I don't get enough food in durring that day for what ever reason and sometimes when I have eaten all my macros.
Before i go to bed i eat a bunch of Greek yogurt mixed with protein powder. If I wake up to Piss at night I'm usually hungry also. So I'll take down a protein shake real quick usually about 50-60g of protein.
