Which is best protocol to take hgh through the week?

Okay, I will repost I had a question just wanted to know which is a better protocol for HGH,
10iu gh 5 on and 2 off
15iu 3xweek MWF blast
or even better a 20iu 3xweek blast
which would give you better results?

Helps with insulin resistance if your prone. I have no issues with 7 day's a week though anf prefer it

okay well my question is what is the benefit of taking it on my 2 off days since gh only has a half life of 5 hours what good does it do on my off days? im just asking so i can understand the proper function of gh.
