Milk, Fairlife when it's stocked. Even at almost $5 per half gallon that stuff goes quick so I end up getting skim half the time. Not sure why I love milk so much but I'll go through a gallon every couple of days.
Eggs of coarse.
Tuna, but it has to be clean solid white in water. I go to Shaws and there store brand is the cleanest solid white I've ever seen. However, my brother tells me the solid white with some darkness in it is better. Him and his wife mix it half and half.

$5/gal??? Holy crap, I bitch because it is $2.62/gal here. Anyway, I eat chicken or shrimp every meal and have for over a year.

I drink goat milk.. around a 1/2 gallon/week.
