Fruit yes, veggies no, but I only eat green veggies due to allergies to colors.

Depends on the veggie and how much. For instance, iceberg lettuce, no, but lima
beans, yes.

inb4 someone tells me Lima beans are a legume or not a veggie

Should you count avocados also?

I guess you count beans because they are high in carbohydrates?

but what about green beans, Carrots, Brocoli, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, mushrooms.

avocados are a fat source, so absolutely. The rest of those, not typically, MAYBE tomatoes

Fruit is high in carbs and must be counted. Most veggies aren't very high in calories but some are so I find it best to just count everything. BTW, I enter everything I eat into MFP so it's no big deal to count everything.

Turbo, for me it depends on how tight my diet has to be. If I am bulking I don't worry about the extras now and then. If I am cutting with a keto diet and have to keep my carbs below 40g, I count everything. But lettuce and a few other things have so few calories they hardly matter.
