Haha I know what you mean. All of the above if money isn't an issue. If it is, I'd say post-workout and before bed. Post-workout for recovery and before bed for promoting GH release.

You should notice less soreness after the first couple days of use! Good shit right there.

I take mine first thing AM when i wake up with BCAA's and protein powder mixed together into a shake. If I am sore after my workout @ night I will have another scoop of that delicious chalk..lol,,nasty shit. I find the powder works 10x better then capsules

Best for me: powder & after workout. If you have $$, then also before bed time and getting up. If you start your day with a protein shake, Isopure or ProComplex have glutamine included.
