My new Salmon, Shrimp, and Bacon patties recipe:
(Was an experiment that turn out amazing)
14.75 ounces canned salmon
8 ounces shrimp
6 ounces bacon
3 eggs
1/3 cups bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
Buttered and grill Texas toast bread
Mix all your ingredients together by hand to ensure a good and even mix, take and add your three eggs together with your ingredients and mix well. Now form your patties and lightly set the patties into you oil of choice and cook on medium until each side is golden brown or firm.
Now grill your Texas toast and add romaine or artisan lettuce along with sweet onion and serve your guest.
I would add mashed potatoes and butter garlic broccoli as some sides or pick your own!!
