What to use for Water retention

Looking to lose a lil water to dry up that lil bit more..

Whats peoples methods / supplements to help with water retention?

simplest way- lower your carb intake, limit sodium to 2-3g per day drink and enough water to stay hydrated but don't over do it. you can actually retain water if you over hydrate.

One piece of advice: Stay away from the diuretics unless you really know what you are doing. Those put the hurt on my kidneys so bad that I thought I was going to be on dialysis for life.

Got off of them and kidney pain went away.

Lower carbs. Increase cardio. Take Dandelion root with food or you can get bad ingestion.

As mentioned above lower carb intake, high potassium low sodium, lots of cardio, arimidex, and caffeine is a pretty good natural diuretic.

Dandilion, ephedrine all natural UVA ursi root.

Chem supps : if you are on cycle - add winny dries you up, adding clen /t3 cycle dries you up. Know that if you are prone to cramping when adding these supplement with magnesium and taurine will help
