besides food? Little NO-Xplode sometimes before the gym, I'm not a big supps guy as I never felts a difference with most of them. Not saying they aren't good or they don't work, juts a majority is crappola.
agreed - no supps for me - lots of good food with plenty of red meat protein and lots of carbs
oh and preworkout is Mountain Dew
in 33 years I have used everything - whole food was the best supp I ever found
