What is SLU-PP-332

About 3 weeks ago i started training in the morning. I always took SLU then anyway with 1.5iu of gh. Anyway in 3 weeks I notice quite a bit more vascularity with very little change to diet. I will get a in body scan in 2 months and see where i am at with the BF%. I think I was wasting it taking in the morning and training evening as it messed with my deep sleep for sure.

The part about much not getting through the digestive tract was brought up by the dumbass Trevor Bachmeyer who has a cult following of more dumbasses. We have all the evidence in the world through labs and visuals that it works orally.

I settled on 100 mg a day on training days (5 days a week) and 1 mg of SS-31 on non-training days. So far this has been the best protocol I tried. I am getting labs done the beginning of December and have been running some pretty harsh compounds, so we will see how well it protects the body. That is pretty much why I use SLU. It allows me to push the envelope with other compounds. I don't care about its weight loss benefits. In fact, I found it is kind of a pain in the ass. At 100 mg a day, I finally settled on 6100 calories a day as my maintenance, 2x higher than I was on 4.5 mg a day.
Can you clarify that 100mg a day dose. For what I have, that would be 200 of the 500mcg pills. Perhaps you meant 100mcg but that's pretty low.
I know you're an experienced lab rat, but for the rest of us, just trying to confirm :)

No, that is 100 mg. I have raws and cap my own.

Got some coming tomorrow, oral.

From what I'm learning is oral is the direction they want to go with this, my supplier don't even carry the inject version.

So far I'm reading there is no difference of inject or oral and it does not need to be cycled.

Taking it orally doesn't waste anything through the digestive system.

After GF kept telling me what an idiot that guy was :) I buried myself in peptide research. I’ve got nothing but time while I’m recovering from surgery, so I’ve been reading everything I can find.


I’ve seen some online articles claiming oral SLU-PP-332 has around 45% bioavailability, but none of them link to any actual studies. I’ve also seen almost as many articles saying that number is BS and there’s no real loss at all. The studies I did find basically show that rats fed SLU-PP-332 had increased endurance and lost weight. I found no human research yet. I'm sure studies are being done now.


The big problem with suspension is shelf life and mix — It will last a month if all is perfect. about a month max. And that’s only if you have a freezer that hits -20°C, and even then it’s not guaranteed. It also doesn’t mix well and has a ton of issues staying mixed, which just adds to the hassle.


After digging through everything the past few days, GF is 100% right: oral is the way to go. Because of the storage issues and instability, I’ve completely changed my plan. I’ll be running this orally and buying caps. I might grab a single bottle of the suspension later on and test it for one month just to see for myself, but the majority of my run will be oral.

Yea the majority of the feedback has been with tabs. Everyone is different but 1500 mcg wipes me out in a week 500 mcg seems to be my sweet spot.
My body tends to overprocess things especially anything targeting the metabolism. I think it's cause I am on 400 mcg T4 replacement therapy a day.
I melted 20 lbs off in 3 weeks on 1.5 mg retatrutide a week. Many people tolerate more. GH same way used to be able to tolerate a lot more now 4 ius blasts me.

How long has it taken some of you to feel the energy from this?

It really depends on how much you are taking. 500 mcg and I didn't really notice an energy increase, but my resting HR did go up. At 1.5 mg, I noticed an energy increase, but it wasn't mind blowing. At 100 mg I notice quite a bit with elevated temperature within 30 min. Similar energy increase that I get from 1000 mg of injectable L-carnitine.

The Mrs started 500 mcg SLU 3 days ago. Oura ring noted increased HR, RR and body temp. Have to track it for a while to make sure that's it and compare to baseline, but from what others have posted, it seems likely. She may have to cut to 250 mcg.
