I get the VPX no carb stuff now. I used to always go with Muscle Milk but switched it up. I just put in 2 scoops, some glutamine, BCAA's 4 egg whites and fat free milk. I used to blend in all kinds of shit but got too lazy and hated cleaning up so now it all goes into a shaker cup
Recently started adding Hemp Seed to shakes and other foods. 1 serving = 170 cal, 14g fat, 1g carb, 11g protein and it tastes excellent. It comes ground.
Sounds gross but.... 5 ounces of chicken breast,1/3 cup brown rice flour, 1 scoop protein powder and 1 tbl. of olive or coconut oil all blended up. Been doing it for years
