I have powerlifted from day one that i started lifting weights.
I know nothing but powerlifting and would like to make the jump.
I held to world records in bench press competing in junior men 220 and 242 weight class.
I hurt my pec the other day from going heavy on bench and i am thinking that bodybuilding might be a little easier and have less of a chance for major injury.
my question is do i revamp my work outs? I would much reather look strong then be strong it gets old lifting heavy all the time.
I would be very interested in some real help from a real competitor that competes.
